There are two more trophies in Neil Patrick Harris’ future — he and partner are expecting twins.

The actor took to Twitter on Saturday to reveal the happy news for him and Burtka, the chef and sometimes-thespian he’s been with for about six years.

“So, get this: David and I are expecting twins this fall. We’re super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy,” he said.

The pair have already started planning their baby shower, according to E! News, who first reported the twins were en route, via a surrogate.

Harris is awash in good news: He’s nominated for three prime-time Emmy Awards, and Burtka just showed his support for Harris’ turn directing a production of “Rent” at the Hollywood Bowl.
